While allowing you to enjoy your property throughout the year, you will also benefit from the advantages of the non-professional furnished rental scheme (LMNP) by generating tax-free rental income.

In the Savoyard Tarentaise massif, halfway between Courchevel and Méribel, in the heart of an exceptional Alpine domain, welcome to the unspoilt haven of La Tania, one of six villages in one of the world’s most famous ski resorts.
Perched at an altitude of 1,400 metres, the village resort, which sits in the middle of a spruce forest in a natural setting classified as a nature reserve, is the newest (1990) of the resorts in Les 3 Vallées, the largest ski area in the world.
Designed by renowned architect Jacques Labro for the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville, this little gem has continued to grow with numerous chalets, residences and hotels, while remaining a resort on a human scale.
Its harmonious integration into its natural surroundings (it has been awarded the ‘Station Verte’ label), its unique charm as an entirely pedestrianised resort, its slightly less flashy character than other villages and its more reasonable prices, its quick and direct access to Courchevel (150 km of slopes) and the 600 km of slopes in the 3 Vallées, make it a favourite spot for young and old alike and an increasingly attractive destination for an international clientele.
With a maximum of slopes between 1,800 m and 3,200 m above sea level, alpine skiing enthusiasts will be well catered for, not to mention those who enjoy Nordic skiing or snowshoeing, with numerous trails starting from the village and allowing you to enjoy the wide open wooded spaces.
In both summer and winter, the resort offers numerous activities (hiking, mountain biking, climbing) and organises many sporting and festive events, such as the Loggers’ Festival, Environment Week and the 3 Vallées Enduro.
And it’s easy to get around, even without a car, so you can enjoy the facilities in other villages in just a few minutes, such as the new Aquamotion leisure centre: an extremely convenient free shuttle service (Ski Bus) connects the various hamlets of Saint-Bon Tarentaise and the village resorts of Courchevel.
