This beautiful air-conditioned villa, located in a secure environment just a few minutes’ walk from the village of Maussane-les-Alpilles, awaits you for a sunny holiday. This villa with swimming pool is nestled at the top of a small private estate of 15 villas, and offers a large south-facing terrace with pergolas in a peaceful setting, as well as a pleasant garden planted with trees around the house. On the west side, there’s a much-appreciated relaxation area where you can unwind in the shade of the trees in the middle of the day.
Day side :
Fully furnished with top-of-the-range furniture, this new air-conditioned villa (since 2023) is perfectly designed to make you feel at home. The living rooms – lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen – open onto the terrace to make the most of the Mediterranean climate. Outside, a large table and chairs are available for lunches and dinners with family or friends, as are deckchairs, siestas and sunbeds for relaxing.
Sleeping area:
A master suite on the ground floor offers the comfort of a walk-in shower room with WC. Upstairs, two bedrooms have their own shower room with WC.
