Praz-sur-Arly: construction of Le Pratz in its final phase
Construction work on the Le Pratz residence, in the heart of the village of Praz-sur-Arly, is entering its final phase, ahead of the scheduled handover in the second quarter of 2026.
Opposite the Church of St. Mary Magdalene, on the edge of the Val d’Arly road, the structure of the buildings is already clearly visible, with the roof in place and the building weatherproofed (windows and partitions installed).

The road currently in front of the residence will be slightly shifted by 6 meters to make room for a pavement and parking spaces.
This beautiful, high-end residence comprising 16 apartments, ranging from one- and two-bedroom flats to three-bedroom duplexes and four- and five-bedroom duplexes, has attracted many investors thanks to its numerous advantages and appeal, despite the slump in the property market currently in France (70% of new property developments fail to reach the pre-marketing threshold).
This is hardly surprising, given that the two-building residence is the latest stage in the village center renewal project launched by the municipality with the creation of two residential buildings (a medical center and the Chalets Saint-Victor have already been completed) to revitalize the resort and improve the quality of life, with the opening of new local shops.
In addition, three new businesses, including a restaurant, are planned for the premises located under the arcades.
The creation of this new pedestrian area in the center of the village will eventually create a welcoming place with a public square and an invitation to stroll around. « The whole thing will look fantastic. People passing through will no longer see the town as just a main road, but as a place where they can stroll and relax. The image of the town centre will change and our already very pleasant living environment will become even more attractive. “, emphasises Yann Jaccaz, mayor of Praz-sur-Arly.
The new Le Pratz residence offers an excellent investment opportunity, with strong upside potential in a village where new property prices have risen by 15% in the last three years.
There are still a few properties available (one two-bedroom flat and six four-bedroom flats), including two beautiful top-floor flats. Don’t wait !
