Perfectly integrated into the hamlet of Le Bettex, ideally located between the village of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville and the resort of Les Menuires, it reflects the traditional architectural style, elegantly blending wood and stone.
The Naos 1570 residence offers ten flats with a wide choice of sizes to suit your needs. Ranging from 3 to 6 bedrooms, some are arranged as duplex or triplex chalets.
The flats have been designed with private entrances to preserve the privacy of each occupant.
The living rooms are bright and airy, with high ceilings. The balconies and terraces offer superb views of the surrounding mountains. All flats have a private ski locker and some have a sauna.
A large number of basement parking spaces are available, and the absence of communal areas means that co-ownership charges are kept to a minimum.
The flats are offered for sale with a minimum nine-week rental commitment with hotel services, spread over the winter and summer seasons.
You are free to choose your provider to manage your flat and, of course, you can rent beyond the required nine weeks. You may also be eligible for VAT reclaim under certain conditions.
