Perched on the hills above Grimaud, in Beauvallon, we invite you to discover one of the most sought-after locations in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez : Les Villas de Beauvallon, an exclusive, gated community comprising just six brand-new luxury villas, offering spectacular views of one of the world’s most beautiful bays.
The Riviera Spirit
Here, the word “azure” truly comes into its own. Perched like lookouts overlooking the Mediterranean, these exceptional residences offer a rare living experience: one of understated luxury, nestled between the sea and nature.
This prestigious residential development, scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2028, offers a rare opportunity to live amidst one of the most beautiful landscapes in the south of France: the lush green hills overlooking the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. A pristine natural setting nestled between sky and sea, away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, where the beauty of the site speaks for itself.
InspirInspired by the “Riviera” spirit of the French Riviera, the architecture of the Villas de Beauvallon blends modernity and sophistication, creating a subtle harmony with the surrounding natural landscape.
Built on terraced land, the villas naturally follow the contours of the hillside, blending seamlessly into the surrounding Mediterranean vegetation. Clean lines, horizontal forms, and light-colored facades reflect the development’s contemporary elegance, while the use of fine natural materials pays homage to the tradition of Provençal stone.
Designed to offer the ultimate in comfort, the villas are distinguished by their harmonious proportions, their spacious living rooms, and their high ceilings, which enhance the natural light.
The sea as a backdrop
Each one has been designed to highlight its views of the sea in such a way that the interior spaces flow seamlessly onto sun-drenched terraces, complete with private pools and surrounded by lush vegetation; the boundary between inside and outside eventually disappears, allowing residents to live in harmony with nature all year round.
It is in this perfect balance between architecture and nature that discretion and refinement define the very essence of this estate, which is both intimate and exceptional.
Here, every vista becomes a living scene. Here, everything becomes rarer, more precious, more timeless. Here, life becomes a rare privilege against the backdrop of one of the world’s most coveted vistas.

GRIMAUD
BETWEEN THE SEA, THE SUN, AND NATURE
Grimaud, whose foundations date back to the Gallo-Roman era, combines the charms of Provence and the French Riviera.
An authentic Provençal village
From the seaside with its crystal-clear waters to the heart of the countryside, the village stretches out, made up of charming hamlets and neighborhoods that form a colorful mosaic.
The village has retained its authentic character as an old Provençal village, boasting a rich heritage steeped in a medieval atmosphere, with its stone houses topped with red-tiled roofs, its flower-lined streets, and its famous castle—a symbol of power that has overlooked the fertile plain since at least the 11th century.
A rich historical heritage
As you stroll through the village, its historical treasures come into view, such as the iconic Rue des Templiers with its 15th-century stone arcades, which was once the main street. Or Place Neuve, with its fountain fed by a spring several kilometers from the village and channeled through an aqueduct, of which the Pont des Fées remains today.
Nearby, the beautiful Saint-Michel Church, built in the Provençal Romanesque style at the end of the 12th century, with its bell tower and sacristy, holds centuries of history, beliefs, and secrets.
The first church built in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, it now hosts classical music concerts during its “Soirées musicales.”
And don’t miss the Saint-Roch mill, one of the village’s four windmills.
Exploring the Var Coast
DIn the Maures Mountains, which gently slope down toward the Mediterranean coast, lovers of the sea will find plenty to marvel at here.
From Port Grimaud to Pointe Alègre, across from Saint-Tropez, no fewer than eight easily accessible beaches await you, ready to satisfy your desire to relax, sunbathe, and swim.
The Coastal Trail is perfect for exploring, whether on foot or by bike, and takes you from Saint-Tropez to Sainte-Maxime. A 92-kilometer bike route! As you pass through the coves, you’ll discover well-hidden swimming spots and unique viewpoints.
Fun all year round
Every season, Grimaud offers a wealth of activities and enjoyment, including sports and water sports, not to mention its two golf courses: the fully synthetic Golf Up and the magnificent Golf de Beauvallon, with its breathtaking ocean views.
Grimaud is also known for its Provençal markets, its wide range of cultural events, its traditional and cultural celebrations, and, of course, its culinary delights. Discover the joys of Provençal cuisine in all its flavours, from aperitifs to savoury and sweet specialities.
