This search works very well for those who have a precise idea of what they are looking for, but do not have the time or knowledge to find it. Please note that only a company holding the professional real estate agent card is authorised to carry out this type of property search.

If you are looking for an interior designer, furniture package, home staging, landscape designer or maybe have a swimming pool put it your garden, we can recommend a reputable company to do the work.

Administrative follow up

Let us deal with all your French paperwork: banks, rental agents, utility bills, phone, Internet, insurance, French tax office. We translate your French communication and respond as appropriate.  We remind you of your French obligations (Income Tax declaration, Taxe Foncière payment), liaise with your accountant, etc… so that a potential language barrier doesn’t stop you enjoying your purchase.
